Acquire knowledge in management and valuation which is specifically applicable for the property sector and its particular needs, in a RICS-accredited postgraduation.
designed to satisfy the needs of the labour market, not only in terms of further education and the updating of the technical-scientific knowledge of senior managers working in the area of management, investment, consultancy and property valuation, but also in academia. The postgraduation has been internationally recognised by RICS since 2006.
We are the only school with RICS Accreditation.
RICS is the highest global classification for professional standards in the fields of land, real estate, and construction management.
Being a beginner in the real estate field, the Postgraduation allowed my learning curve to be much steeper at an important stage of my career.
The area of real estate has a large number of possibilities in terms of pathways and the postgraduation addresses many of these areas, providing a wide variety of concepts and breadth of knowledge always valid for a professional in the field.
The well-structured curricular base allows me today to analyse the real estate market armed with the appropriate skills and has opened doors for me to work in this area.
But the real value of this Postgraduation goes beyond that. It lies in the excellent networking it fosters, starting with course colleagues, many of whom are already professionals in the sector, all contributing to the enrichment of the experience.
It was an experience I would repeat and it adds potential to any profile with an interest in investment and real estate.
The Postgraduation confirmed the expectations I had in relation to ISEG - Executive Education. That is, complete program content, structured and made available in an appropriate and professional manner. The reception was also exemplary, given the particularities of the students, who combine professional and academic life. Over the course of a year, in addition to the excellent academic experience, all the networking established was rewarding, as were the friendships developed.
