Professor at ISEG. PhD in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and MSc in Professional Development Psychology from the University of Évora.
He specialises in Talent Management from London Business School and in Leadership from the Kellogg School of Management. He is also an International Certified Coach (European Association of Coaching). He is Managing Partner at Shore Consulting and Director of RH Magazine. He was Managing Partner at SDO Consulting Portugal, Human Capital Director at Capgemini Portugal, Partner at various consultancy firms and an executive in the financial sector. He is the author of the books ‘FLOW – Full Life, Outstanding Work’, “High-Performance Teams” and “Persona – A Practical Guide to People Management”.
