Pedro, 45 years old, has an educational background that includes specialized executive education from Harvard Business School (Private Equity & Venture Capital), Kellogg School of Management (Advanced Management Program), and the London School of Economics (Business Analysis & Valuation), alongside a Master in Finance and a BSc in Business Management from Nova School of Business & Economics.
His career spans more than two decades across private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, and management.
He began his professional journey in investment banking, leading Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions teams at ASK, Banco Finantia, and Banif Investment Bank, and at Sogepoc, a Portuguese family office with an extensive track record in the food and agribusiness sectors.
He also served as Financial Advisor to the Deputy Minister for Sea Affairs in the Portuguese Government.
Since 2018, Pedro has been a Senior Partner at CoRe Capital, one of the leading private equity firms in the Portuguese market.
