57 years old, degree in “Business Management” by Instituto Superior de Gestão (ISG), specialized in Finance. Postgraduate degree in “Management and Financial Operations” by the same institution and in “Insolvency Law” by Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.
During his career worked in different areas such as brokerage, banking, cement industry, media and Government. Started is career as pure financial professional, with different roles and positions from brokerage, capital markets mergers and acquisitions and as a CFO.
In the Portuguese media landscape, worked for several media companies as General Manager, of different units being responsible for different processes including launching new projects: newspapers, magazines and television, both in Portugal and internationally, taking care of investment opportunities and restructuring.
For the last 10 years before joining CoRe was board member of Cofina Media, the leading Portuguese printing media group, during which managed several restructuring processes.
He has two Government experiences as Officer at the Cabinet of the Deputy Minister of Finance and as Chief of the Staff of the Deputy Minister of Economy.
Since 2013, he is a member of the board of Trienal de Arquitectura de Lisboa, a non-profit association whose mission is to research, foster and promote architectural thinking and practice.
in 2018 co-founded CoRe Capital, where he works as a Senior Partner.
