He has over 25 years of experience as a senior technology consultant in Portugal and the UK (Timberlake Consultants, Deloitte, Accenture and Pioneer) in the areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence, neural network and deep learning, computer vision and speech recognition, web and mobile development. He was awarded 2nd place in the Portuguese Social Security Jaime Filipe award, involving the integration of disabled citizens using software tools.
