1. Diagnosis - The mutual acquaintance phase and the gathering of global information (understanding the business, sector, and the needs and the challenges) and specific information for conceiving the proposal (recipients, starting point, objectives, and the definition of project success
2. Co-Design - Based on the diagnosis, we design a solution adjusted to the needs of the group to be involved and the organisation, combining academic rigour and business experience.
3. Content customisation - After the global approval of the project, meetings are held at this stage with the organisation's SME (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure that the contents are in line with the company's reality.
4. Delivering the Project -The different activities that make up the project take place during this phase and may last for several months.
5. Evaluation & Feedback Loop -The training process is continuously monitored to ensure its improvement. An evaluation report is produced at the end of the training which is based on the feedback collected and serves as the basis for the project debriefing meeting and the adjustments required for future collaboration.
