Full Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Lisbon School of Economics and Management, University of Lisbon, and researcher at Advance/CSG. Holds a PhD degree from the Alliance Manchester Business School. In addition to his research activities, he has taught executive courses both to national and international audiences in leadership development and strategic management. He has been an invited host in industrial and academic forums, to speak and teach on leadership and culture management, amongst other subjects.
