He has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications area, having already held, over the years, positions as leader, manager and project engineer, CFO, CCO and CEO, in several countries, having, also created his own company in the area of financial consulting. He has a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Técnico and an MBA from INSEAD.
