With more than 20 years' experience in business solutions, Tiago Esteves is currently Principal Solution Engineer at Salesforce Portugal. Previously, he developed his career in other technology companies such as Accenture, SAP, Microsoft and Gartner, where he took on various roles from project coordination to commercial responsibility for solutions and/or business sectors.
Has a degree in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics and a postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy and Business Innovation, as well as in People Management and Leadership, also from Nova SBE. He is currently studying for a master's degree in Marketing & Strategy at the same university.
At the same time, teaches Customer Relationship Management Systems on postgraduate and master's courses at Nova IMS.
