Rui Dinis, 50 years old, holds a degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Aveiro and has completed advanced executive education programs in management and finance at ISEG, Columbia Business School, Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, and Northwestern University.
Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple geographies and industries, including large multinational organizations, evolving from financial roles into senior management and board positions with responsibility for finance, operations, IT, Governance, and Compliance.
He began his career in finance and consolidated his professional path at ManpowerGroup, a Fortune 500 multinational, where he held several leadership roles, including Board Director across multiple European markets, leading restructuring initiatives, process improvement programs, and mergers and acquisitions. Over time, he developed a strong specialization in corporate turnaround and restructuring, leading transformation initiatives with a direct impact on operational efficiency, profitability, and value creation.
More recently, he served as Board Director of Electrofer Group and PalSystems, industrial companies backed by private equity, where he led transformation and strategic execution initiatives focused on performance improvement, financial discipline, and value maximization for shareholders, including in divestment contexts.
