She coordinates the ISEG MBA Leadership & Personal Development Stream. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from INSEAD, a degree in Management from the Higher Institute of Economics and Management (ISEG) and a postgraduate degree in Management for Executives from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. She has over 16 years of experience in private sector companies, mostly in the automotive sector, in the areas of Retail Management, Business Unit Management and Team Development.
