Patrícia Barão is Residential Partner at Dils Portugal, where she leads the residential division with a strategic vision focused on the future of cities and the sustainable development of the housing market in Portugal.
She is President of APEMIP, playing an active role promoting regulation, transparency, and professionalization within the real estate sector.
With nearly 20 years of experience, she previously created and led the residential division at JLL in Portugal and served as Chair of the Executive Committee. Earlier in her career, she held the position of Commercial and Marketing Director at Herdade da Comporta and Espírito Santo Property.
She is also the founder of WIRE Portugal and a lecturer at ISEG Executive Education.
