He was President of ISEG and Coordinator of the International Doctorate in Business and Administration (IDBA). He has a PhD from the University of Sussex and an MA from Imperial College, London. At ISEG Executive Education, he also coordinates the Postgraduate Course in Economic Evaluation of Technologies and Interventions in Health.
