Chairman of the Economics Department at ISEG, where he is an Associate Professor and teaches Economic Policy.
He holds a PhD in Economics from ISEG, where he also completed a Master's degree in Mathematical Methods for Economics and Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He is a researcher and author of articles and other publications in the areas of Health, Public Policy, Microeconomics, Energy and the Environment.
