PhD in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Lisbon, specialising in Human Resources, Work and Organisational Psychology, where she is a Visiting Professor. Partner of SHL Portugal, where she is Chief Psychologist and responsible for SHL's scientific area.
