Professor at ISEG, where she teaches Human Resources Management, Organisational Behaviour and Negotiation. She is a researcher at Advance/CSG (Research in Social Sciences and Management). Coordinator of the Master's in Human Resources Management and of the Management degree of ISEG, and member of COMEST (Commission on the Ethics of Science and Technology) of UNESCO.
