António possesses more than 10 years of experience areas of the circular economy, waste management, and public policy. Is responsible for strategic and public policy projects at 3 Drivers. Coordinated several projects on the topics of the circular economy, the efficient use of resources, and waste management. Was the author of the EC Eco-innovation Country Report for Portugal in 2016 and 2018 and one of the co-authors of the Thematic Research & Innovation Agenda for the Circular Economy. He combines his consultancy activity with carrying out research at IN + Centre for the Study of Innovation, Technology, and Development Policies.
