Based on the insights from each block and the tools presented throughout the programme, each participant will have the opportunity to design a concrete action plan that responds to their current challenges in leading teams and mobilising them for change. To go further, and gain more perspective, you will be challenged by your peers on the programme.
Individual Coaching - online
In the days following the end of the programme, you can select a slot of 1 hour and 30 minutes for a personalised coaching session with Professor Rita Alemão, where you will explore your strengths and areas for development, finding ways to generate more impact for your personal and professional challenges.
